About the Book:
The poetry of Kynpham Sing Nongkynrih, while redolent of the fragrance of his native place Meghalaya, addresses themes that are universal. In this evocative collection of poems, ferocious satire jostles with wistful longing, and nostalgia for a lost way of life offers a counterpoint to the violence that is part of everyday life in that part of the country.
